License
Each purchased track or pack grants the buyer a perpetual, worldwide, non-exclusive license to play the recording at commercial venues operated by the buyer. Resale, sub-licensing and redistribution of the audio files are not permitted.

Payments
Prices are listed in US dollars and are charged once per purchase. Taxes may apply based on your jurisdiction.

Refunds
Because licenses are delivered digitally and immediately, purchases are non-refundable except where required by mandatory consumer law.

Indemnification
We indemnify the buyer against third-party royalty-collection claims relating to AUXILIA tracks played at the buyer's venues, provided the license terms have been respected.

Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability is limited to the amount paid by the buyer in the 12 months preceding the claim.

Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Kazakhstan. Disputes are submitted to the competent courts of Almaty.
