Because we hold both rights, no performing rights organization (ASCAP, BMI, PRS, GEMA, SACEM, RAO, WIPO) is entitled to collect on public performance of our tracks in your venue.

Your subscription includes a written indemnification clause. If anyone ever attempts to collect royalties for AUXILIA music played in your location, our legal team handles it.
